Id like support for miniplaceholders

Why do you want this feature?

I have the chat plugin carbon on my velocity proxy. This uses miniplaceholders because papi is not on velocity. And the papiproxybridge is not up to date with 1.21.11

Have you tried any alternatives?

I tried venture chat and that worked but had wierd quirks with discord srv (I use the velocity test build of discord srv)

However, this issue was intending to address MiniPlaceholder support for SimpleNicks. Moved the issue to SimpleNicks.
