Cannot use PowerShell remoting in Sitecore XM Cloud

I am following this blog but I cannot access XM cloud as same as the blog did.

I trust that I did all the steps in the blog, but I got error as following when I am doing the connect test.
Test-RemoteConnection -Session $session -Quiet

I don't know if this issue is in XM Cloud side or in Sitecore PowerShell remoting command side. Is there any idea about this?
