Feature request: tick markers

Quick request: could you add an option to place a single “tick” marker on the resource bar (mana/energy/rage/insanity etc.)?

Like:

Tick position: Percent (e.g. 35%) or Value (e.g. 45 energy).
If “Value” is hard to do, it could just convert it to percent using the bar max and draw it as a percent internally.

This would be super useful for people tracking main spender.
