feat: Manually Marking stories as seen

Description

Add an option to manually mark stories as seen instead of only fully disabling story seen receipts, so users can choose when to mark a story as seen rather than having it happen automatically or not at all.

Include a button in the story that lets the user manually mark the story as seen when they choose.

I would like to add this, but unfortunately the entire way the current "disable story seen receipts" feature works is to stop the communication when a story is seen in the first place. Since the communication channel is broken by SCInsta, there's no way (that I can think of) to programmatically initiate a "story view" with the feature enabled.

If you have any ideas, please feel free to let me know or open a PR if you find a workaround!
