chore(release): bump version to 0.1.24

Rolls up the four brand-rename refactor commits in this release
(Cargo package, service ID + data path + env vars, display strings +
TUI banner, docs sweep) into a shipped patch version.

The set-of-changes is technically breaking — service ID, env var
prefix, install paths, and binary name all moved — but no real users
are running this yet, so a major bump would just be marketing. 0.1.24
keeps the version line honest until the v1.0 stable cut later.
