Supersession update. This follow-up branch carried the pre-squash #108 replay history, so the diff was noisy and not suitable for merge. Replaced by clean current-main PR #110, which contains only:

Replays the RuntimeIdentityGraph schema and example that were deferred from #108.

Completes the remaining file-level content from #100 that was not included in #108.
Validation should be handled by the existing runtime diagnostic validator after this file is added to its pair list in a follow-up commit if needed.
