DepthmapX crashes when making an all-axial line map

Hi,

I am trying to make an all-axial line map from an imported DXF file. However, when I start the process my DepthmapX crashes after being stuck in step 1/3 for a few seconds. Am I doing something wrong? This is my first time using this program and I aim to make a connectivity analysis. I would appreciate all your help.

Did you find any solution?? The same thing happened to me! Works up to step 3/3 and then crashes. I use a macbook pro. How can I solve it? Any urgent answers please!!!
