Is pomotroid.com a legitimate mirror?

I just got a new computer and when I searched for pomotroid to download it, I was led to pomotroid.com. When I downloaded the program from there and ran it, Windows informed me that it was attempting to access my location, which it wouldn't be able to due to my settings. Is it spyware spoofing as Pomotroid?
