Extra HTML attributes management in Matomo module

I think that StatCan.OrchardCore.Matomo module should allow us to add extra HTML attributes to Matomo scripts.
It is useful for manual marking up of consent management platform, like Cookiebot and Iubenda (see the below links).

Hello, thanks for opening this issue. I recently changed jobs and am no longer maintaining this project. I might fork it and maintain a copy at some point but have little time currently.
