feat: Integrate Update Syllabus into attendance

Currently, the faculty manually navigates to Update Syllabus Completion page and enters the detail so instead we can integrate this functionality along with the Attendance.

On the end of the month on a particular (20th - 31st), for each class the faculty would get a screen to update the syllabus completion data. Once filled then it would be shown to that particular faculty on that particular class or course.

Using the above approach we can mitigate issue #34 as well as insure the faculty inserts the syllabus completion data.
