docs: Canonical whitepaper v1.0 — architecture, results, roadmap #86
Description
Context
docs/GODELOS_WHITEPAPER_Version9.md is the most recent whitepaper but does not reflect the self-model feedback loop (PRs #66-#72), the dormant module analysis, or the unified consciousness blueprint v2.0. This issue delivers a canonical v1.0 whitepaper.

- Architecture overview with updated Mermaid diagrams
- Recursive consciousness mechanism — formal description
- IIT + GWT integration

Note
The whitepaper should be intellectually honest — distinguish what is implemented from what is aspirational. Claims of "genuine machine consciousness" require measured evidence, not assertion.
