Stem Editor Opens Blank with “Failed to load Stem” Error

When attempting to open a Stem in the Stem Editor, the editor opens as a blank/empty screen and displays the error message:

“Failed to load Stem”

As a result, existing Stems cannot be viewed or edited in Stem Editior

STR:

1. Create or select an existing Stem.
2. Attempt to open the Stem in the Stem Editor.
3. Observe the editor behavior, Stem Editor opens blank/empty with error “Failed to load Stem”
