Describe the bug
Entity Culling can cause semi-permanently invisible mobs on vehicles.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Render distance of 2, put mob on any moving vehicle and be on that vehicle
  2. Keep mob out of view and get some good distance
  3. Look for mob after getting distance. You should be able to hear it but you cannot see it.

Expected behavior
The mobs should always be visible when looking at where they are, as they can still be heard and still exist on the vehicle. Or looked at for some distance / vehicle reloaded for them to be seen again.
