Steps to Reproduce:

Expected behavior:
I should be able to take over someones Que on a table if they have been offline for over 12 hours.

Actual behavior:
It claims they interacted with the table 13 minutes ago, even though they have been logged out for 22 hours.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:

I think that if the work order is still running, you can't take ownership
The last interaction is not necessarily a human interaction, it can be the work order itself
