USER ISSUE: pressing the "confirm store trade" when a tooltip is open not working

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open a store
2. click on an item and let your mouse cursor stay on the item, so a tooltip is displayed
3. enter a value you want to purchase and press enter to confirm
4. press the button assigned to "confirm store trade"
5. press enter

Expected behavior:
same as when in 2. you move your cursor off of the item, so no tooltip is displayed, after pressing the "confirm store trade" button, and then pressing enter, the trade should go through

Actual behavior:
in 4. the window with the prompt to confirm the transaction does not appear when a tooltip is open (has flashed and is locked)
because of this, pressing enter does not make the trade go through

Thank you for submitting this bug report.

Could you provide a recorded video of the issue?
I tried reproducing it on my end, but I may be missing something or misunderstanding the steps provided, as the purchase transaction goes through when using the Enter key.

The pause in the video after entering the wanted value, is when I pressed the "confirm store trade" (s for me) button multiple times, as you can see the window to confirm the trade does not pop up, after when I move my cursor away from the tooltip, and press the s button again, the window does pop up, and I am able to do the trade.
Hope this makes it more clear
