Bug: Add Task dialog is not working

Describe the bug

When adding task via modal, task is not appearing on UI.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to app's UI via web browser
2. Click on Add Task button,
3. Provide any info needed in form,
4. Click Add button,
5. Check current table's content,

Expected behavior

Newly added data must be displayed in currently selected table view.
