Add verified SAT test centres in Germany to data/places/sat_centre.json.
Scope
Germany has a large international school network with active SAT administrations. Priority cities:
- Berlin
- Munich (München)
- Frankfurt
- Hamburg
- Düsseldorf
Notes
Many SAT centres in Germany are international schools (American, British, or IB-curriculum). Cross-reference with the College Board test centre search for active administrations.
Data requirements
Each entry must follow the schema in data/CONTRIBUTING.md. Use "exam": "SAT" and include valid_till for the next SAT administration date.
