Add verified SAT test centres in Spain to data/places/sat_centre.json.
Scope
Spain has SAT venues primarily in cities with large international student populations. Priority cities:
- Madrid
- Barcelona
- Seville (Sevilla)
- Bilbao
Notes
Many venues are American or British international schools. The American School of Madrid and International College Spain are among the most well-known. Verify via College Board test centre locator.
Data requirements
Each entry must follow the schema in data/CONTRIBUTING.md. Use "exam": "SAT" and include valid_till.
