Add verified SAT test centres in Nigeria to data/places/sat_centre.json.
Scope
Nigeria is the largest SAT market in West Africa. Priority cities:
- Lagos (highest volume)
- Abuja
- Port Harcourt
Notes
Lagos has a significant concentration of SAT venues across international schools and the British Council. Abuja also hosts government-sponsored international schools that serve as test centres. A local contributor can verify active registrations through the College Board portal.
Data requirements
Each entry must follow the schema in data/CONTRIBUTING.md. Use "exam": "SAT" and include valid_till.
