Add verified SAT test centres in South Korea to data/places/sat_centre.json.
Scope
South Korea is one of the highest-volume SAT markets in Asia. Priority cities:
- Seoul (largest concentration — Gangnam district schools especially)
- Busan
- Incheon
Notes
Seoul alone has an exceptionally high number of SAT venues through hakwons (private academies), international schools, and universities. The volume here may warrant a dedicated sub-city breakdown (e.g., Gangnam-gu, Mapo-gu). Coordinate with a Korea-based contributor for verification.
Data requirements
Each entry must follow the schema in data/CONTRIBUTING.md. Use "exam": "SAT" and include valid_till.
