Missing val: 'CustomerCenterTemplatesMovedToDB' - Id 361
If set to 0 and when you run upgrade.exe, templates (physical files) should be imported into the database as table entries and the field should get the value 1.

The file you are referencing is the CRMScript variant of the netserver reference which isn't auto updated.

The actual SoCore variant (which is autogenerated from source) does mention it:
