ℹ️ Deprecating managed GitHub App support

Required workflows has shipped and this GitHub app will be deprecated on March 31st, 2023. https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/required-workflows.

You will still be able to host the backend supporting this app on your own (cloud) infrastructure.

@SvanBoxel github deprecated the feature you linked to:

GitHub no longer supports required workflows for GitHub Actions. To require workflows to pass before merging, upgrade GitHub Enterprise Server to the latest version and use repository rulesets instead.

Did you find another solution? Are you open to removing the deprecation and continue to maintain this project? After working with Github action and dealing with the headache of maintaining versions in a lot repos, I think this approach makes the most sense for managing organization workflows.
