Icons in guide menu are not clickable #1439

Where did this happen?
Hosted (app.compasscalendar.com)
Expected Behavior
The onboarding guide menu has blue icons that seem clickable. However, they are simple progress indicators. This confuses uses who try clicking them but then realize that nothing happens. We should use a different UX to show progress, like a vertical progress bar.
