Stuck on one note

I'm using V2.0 and it sometimes happens that no note turn-off command is sent, resulting in this note being constantly on. Further notes work as intended, but this one plays all the time. There is no time nor note dependency, it seems to be random. No matter whether it is VMPK or a midi file.

I've had this problem sometimes too, but it has been to rare/random to debug. I'd need to find some midi file that manages to trigger the problem every time to find the issue.
