dump as laravel seeder

Would be great if on top of being able to create a laravel migration file, it was also able to create a laravel seeder

similar to the output of this package

maybe this would be more appropriate for a separate plugin, but it would be mighty useful!

I was about to create a new issue requesting this.. but it looks like I already requested it months ago! @huyphams any chance this could be added? you've already done most of the grunt work for creating a laravel migration.. created a seeder should be easy enough : )
