I am trying to use SCOTTI as the tutorial seems very promising. my install seems to work since the example input works fine (FDMV) but when I try to apply it to a simple local dataset, I keep having the same error.

Error: sample ID1-1 found in sample-host file but not found in the fasta file.

I tried various renaming, reformatting, but still the same error (do not happen with the example provided...)
it must be obvious but I can't make it work... see attached a simplified example. running on a Mac.

Host time should be a range not point.
