Not really a request for new icons, more like a heads up for apps using the same icon.

Also, I am not a UI/UX designer (far from it), but I think that icons that look close to each other maybe could use a different background color or something else to make it easier to differentiate them, specially when they are small (for instance, when using Dash to Dock or Dash to Panel with a small icon size, below 36px).
