Macros for strings "MikTeX" and "TeX live"

It seems there are no macros for typesetting "MikTeX" and "TeX live". Is that intentional?

Hi Erik. It was intentional, since they are just plain text: I use "MiK\TeX" and "\TeX\ Live". But since we have started adding other logo control sequences just because other packages make them available, I guess I should too. I don't expect to make another ltugboat release for a while, though. Thanks for the note.
