ERROR: unknown field extra_syntaxes_and_themes when building with Zola v0.19+

When running zola build or zola serve, the build fails with a TOML parse error because the extra_syntaxes_and_themes field is no longer recognized at the root or under the [markdown] table in the way the current theme instructions/config suggest.

ERROR TOML parse error at line 18, column 1 | 18 | extra_syntaxes_and_themes = ["highlight_themes"] | ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ unknown field 'extra_syntaxes_and_themes', expected one of 'highlighting', 'render_emoji', ...

In newer versions of Zola, this setting must be nested under [markdown.highlighting] rather than [markdown] which I've tried my hand at fixing but have failed a couple times and am coming here for suggestions and just to highlight the issue since your theme seems to me to be the best theme currently available 😉
