[BUG] transparency effect lost on inactive window + no pure transparency but transparency with an dark accent color on the background

I have checked:

• This is not a duplicate of another issue
• This is not an feature request

What happened?

there is some exemples

To reproduce

enable acrylic transparency and change focus to another window or simply click outside the main window

Expected behavior

I hoped that the transparency was pure and not half transparent
and I hoped that the transparency would be permanent (for example "fluentedit" comes from the Microsoft store which is supposed to have the same rendering system does not have this problem)

This is the intended behavior. I could, however, add a toggle to make the Acrylic permanent. I'll also see if I can add a lighter variant of Acrylic to better match your setup.
