When using Firefox on a mobile device (tested on Android 9) and holding down a todo to drag it, the browser scrolls in the opposite direction of finger movement. In other words, default scrolling behavior clashes with the touch move events somehow. Possibly caused by a problem with the mobile touch drag-and-drop shim. Ideally, the browser would only scroll when the user drags a todo to the bottom or top of the screen to allow them to move the todo somewhere else on the todo list.
