[BUG] Cannot Update Hosts

Title

When modifying any details of the host in the Host Manager pane, the Update Host button is disabled and does not enable at any point, therefore the host cannot be updated.

The Problem

After creating a host, that host can no longer be updated via the Host Manager. The "Update Host" button is disabled (greyed out) and does not become active after any changes to the host details. I have confirmed this problem in the Linux AppImage and Firefox on the web. The issue first started in v2.0.0 and is still present in 2.2.1.

How to Reproduce

1. Create a host
2. Select "Edit" via the 3 dots menu for that host
3. Change any details (eg. IP, port, username...)
4. Note that the Update Host button is not selectable
