Description
Verify that all CRUD operations and access policies work correctly after the v3 upgrade.
Acceptance Criteria:
- All create, read, update, and delete operations function as expected
- Access control policies are enforced correctly
- No regressions in data access behavior
- Edge cases around policy evaluation are tested
