Cannot change the Map Projection on the fly

The projection cannot be changed if the GeoViewElement have objects.

This "bug" is normal because the GeoView need all domain objects to update each corresponding display-shape regarding the new projection.
Actually GeoView doesn't store domain objects, but it appears necessary to have them in case of map projection changes (for example using UTM after Mercator), Domain to Display process data changes (for example change projected shapes formulas setup especially to optimize projected shapes precision regarding the scale ), adding new processdata, etc.

This is a big evolution (but theorically without impact on the API). I don't see how to do without having the list of domains objects!
