ram: Cross platform testing - nangate45 #9468
Description
The ram module has only been tested with sky130hd. Verify that it works with nangate45 as well.
There should be an additional ram test added that verifies that nangate45 works, similar to the test for sky130. Preferably with a different, odd size (e.g. 7x7)
