How many GPT accounts would I need if I want to download 500+ videos per day? #92

I'd like to use this. I've done thorough research on this project & got this info:

So I only need one token (or 3 I guess) from app (either jailbroken android or ios)
I'd love to know if I want to download no watermark videos, does it count towards generation which Open AI has limits on? Which makes it harder as you'd have to create lots of accounts as it is risky to use 1 account that way.
Another question I have is can u download other people's videos from your own a/c? I basically want to do removal of watemark, no creation or anything else.
