Add Anthropic cookbook example to Real-World Examples Document a fourth real-world scan against the Anthropic Messages API adapter using the canonical anthropic-cookbook customer service agent (get_customer_info, get_order_details, cancel_order). The destructive cancel_order tool fires SHIP-POLICY-APPROVAL-MISSING (critical) — the exact release blocker the scanner exists to surface, on a public Anthropic-published example. Also notes the companion anthropic-quickstarts/agents demo to show server-side built-in tool skipping (web_search_20250305, code_execution_20250522). Updated Home.md "What it catches" paragraph to include the Anthropic finding and bumped the version reference from v0.2.0 to v0.4.x.
