Plugin `name` should be derivable from `slug`

Specifically, building should not fail if `slug` is known and `name` is not available. At the moment, if a source derivation does not have `owner` and `repo` attributes, `slug` must be manually passed. This however, still causes builds to fail even though technically enough information is provided in order to construct the final program derivation.
