[Bug] Post 3.1 Regression: Broken Paper Doll Animation

Describe the bug
Walking animations from Fresh Animations Player no longer plays correctly when in first person view and having a mod that provides paper doll enabled (such as Figura). It was working as intended in 3.0.17.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install EMF, Figura, and Fresh Animations Player
2. Enable paper doll in first person mode
3. Animations other than jumping stops happening.

• Does the issue persist with only EMF installed? N/A
