Implement MkDocs (or Similar) for Documentation Repository

We need to improve our documentation workflow by transitioning to MkDocs or a comparable documentation system. This update will enhance readability, ease of navigation, and maintainability of our docs repository.

Objectives:

• Evaluate MkDocs alongside alternative documentation tools.
• Set up and configure the chosen system to integrate seamlessly with our existing repository.
• Ensure the new system supports versioning, search, and easy updates.

Scope of Work:

• Research & Comparison: Assess MkDocs and similar tools based on features, ease of use, and integration capabilities.
• Initial Setup: Implement a prototype of the chosen system using a subset of our documentation.
• Integration: Migrate existing documentation and establish a workflow for continuous updates.
• Testing & Feedback: Validate the new setup with internal stakeholders and refine based on feedback.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A fully functional documentation site built using MkDocs or the selected alternative.
• Seamless integration with our current repository, supporting version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear documentation for setup and maintenance procedures, ensuring team members can contribute effectively.
