Japanese game ends prematurely due to incomplete game completion conditions #39
Description
If S3 ends with dealer not being tenpai, but true north being in first place, the site sees the game enter S4 with a bonus round >0 which is interpreted as true north winning a S4 round. This would trigger an end of game condition which is clearly wrong. This must be fixed asap.
