In the wig file, there are some high scoring continuous areas that are not in the bed. What's going on? Are the coordinates in the bed file all high scoring areas in the wig file?
Can I filter high scoring areas by myself based on the values in the wig file？ Can I generate a bed file myself using the value of wig, such as generating a bed file for continuous coordinates higher than 0.5？
