Script to build type definitions from schema.org: bin/write-schema-org-types

Workshopp'ed with @ptsefton:

• parked for now - this could form part of next developments with AARNet / CERN etc
• if we go down this path we need to think about potentially whitelisting classes.
• or this could form part of an advanced mode - by default user gets curated list of types and expert gets everything and the kitchen sink.
  • if we integrate this we need to resolve class hierarchies as some classes don't have properties
  • we also need to consider how we display this - what gets shown above the fold (e.g. name, description) and how do we merge that info when rebuilding the list.
