Problem in simulating background cell traffic on Simu5g 1.3.0

Good morning to everyone,
I recently installed the new version of Simu5g (1.3.0) and I was trying to run the background traffic scenario developed in simulations/NR/bgTraffic. The problem is that appears an error related, I think, to the Binder module: in particular it says

Looking into details, the error is generated when binder_ in BackgroundScheduler.h is defined as inet::ModuleRefbyPar<Binder>.

The same error occurs in simulations where a background cell traffic is implemented (for example in tutorial folder). I would ask if anyone else occurred in the same error or, if not, what could be the solution to this problem.

I am using Omnet++ 6.1, INET 4.5.4 and Simu5g 1.3.0

The problem is in BackgroundScheduler.cc, here. Just move those lines to the next initialization stage, at the end of if (stage == inet::INITSTAGE_LOCAL + 1) {, after binder_ has been initialized.

Thank you for your reply. I tried to follow your suggest, namely I moved the rows 55-60 of the linked code after the

binder_.reference(this, "binderModule", true);

instruction (row 66). Taking as a reference the tutorial file, it now graphically shows the background cell, but when I start the simulations it appears another error related again to the Background Scheduler module that I attach here:
