*FEATURE REQUEST* File Upload Improved - Compress File Sizes

Describe the solution you'd like
I would love to have the option on File Upload Improved to reduce the file size upon uploading. Eg it could be something like converting jpg to webp format before uploading?

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have a heap of images uploaded on a field service style app, for compliance. They need to be saved for future, but they are taking up far too much storage. Of course an app that offloads them onto another system is an option, but why not just solve the problem at the time of upload?

Ooh, there already is an LWC method to reduce file sizes, so this may be easier than I thought https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/component-library/bundle/lightning-media-utils/documentation
