What is the problem and why is it a problem
Develop a new UI for managing email templates stored in the application database. The solution will allow User Officers and Developers to edit, preview, and maintain Pug email templates without requiring code changes, commits, or application releases. It will also provide a template variable reference, enabling users to easily identify and use the available variables within templates without needing knowledge of the underlying codebase. In addition, user-facing documentation will be made available to help maintain and create templates consistently and confidently. The epic will also investigate template versioning and history capabilities to support auditability, change tracking, and the ability to restore previous versions.
