Call ordering bug - unable to drag items #1625

What is the problem and why is it a problem

Reported from support by EG, there is a bug where some users are unable to drag and drop the calls into the order they want. When clicking a call to drag into place the bug causes the user to not be able to pick up the call and move it, instead it glitches back into its original position.

This is not the case for most users where it works perfectly fine, just one reported case as of yet, the user with the issues is using firefox.

Steps to reproduce (if it's a bug).

  • Login as user officer
  • Go to calls page
  • Navigate to open/upcoming calls
  • Select call order mode and try to drag calls into order.
  • This is working generally so needs investigation into why some users are having issues
