== VERSIONS 5.2>>5.3
Version 5.2.1_2
Now two IBEmatrixes are calculated, one for the Data and the other for the SCI
Version 5.2.1
Added 'FixedPdensity', which is a boolean set to false by default.
Simplified the file name of PER_LTE tables.

Variables AIFS and CW from scalar in phySim to vector in stationManagement.
Added stationManagement.pckType.
New dimension of most outputs in order to manage different packet types.
Added 'RSUcfg', allowing to include fixed nodes to the simulation: they transmit messages with the same characteristics (size, periodicity) of the mobile nodes; in case of 11p, DENM or hpDENM can be set, which have a different configuration of AIFS and CWmin (automatically set as in the specifications).
Version 5.2.3
Blocking bug corrected in Method C when multiple beacon resources are available per subframe (at start and end of 11p tx).
setting 'coex_superFlength' now also for Method C; now initialized to 0.01
variables 'simParams.coex_maxSF' (scalar) and 'sinrManagement.coexC_NtsLTE' (vector) both modified to 'sinrManagement.coex_NtsLTE' (vector)
variable 'sinrManagement.coex_NtsLTE' is now used for energy signals in method B during void subframes
The NAV is now transmitted by each LTE node independently (thus possibly interfering). variable 'sinrManagement.coex_NtsLTE' is used also for method F
Added the config 'coex_slotManagement', to be set to the string 'static' or 'dynamic' -> then modified into 1 or 2
setting 'coexC_cbrLteVariant' converted to 'coex_cbrLteVariant'

Setting of the LTE slot modified. Now static or dynamic for methods B, C, F; the dynamic management is no more part of Method C
Default of setting 'coexB_allToTransmitInEmptySF' changed to 'true'
Minor BUG solved caused by comparison of double values - caused in few cases 2 packets in an LTE queue (not possible due to current assumptions)
Now, setting 'variabilityTbeacon' to -1, the 11p Tbeacon is set automatically, based on vehicle speed, as per ETSI and Car2Car
Version 5.2.4
Now, setting 'variabilityTbeacon' to -1, both the 11p and LTE Tbeacon are set automatically, based on vehicle speed, as per ETSI and Car2Car - in LTE, the allocation periodicity is fixed to the value in averageTbeacon
In coexistence, static, now the number of subframes in the LTE part is ceil of LTE/superframe (was floor).
Version 5.2.5
The DENM and hpDENM from RSUs are sent at 20 Hz.
Version 5.2.6
Now methods can be used also with 100% vehicles of one technology.
Version 5.2.7
BUG solved: use of T1 and T2 in Mode 4 corrected.
BUG solved: with LTE only, the sensing matrix was not correctly reset in the absence of transmitters - this was causing a worsening of the performance (this bug was generated between v.5.1.4 and v5.1.8).
Tentative part with interference over short intervals in 11p.
Version 5.2.8
Copyright changed to GNU. Copyright notices inside the functions removed.

Mode 4 separated into two files: sensing and allocation.
A new feature is added: in LTE, if a resource is not available within the next T1-T2, now a reselection is commanded; with this modification, the delay is upper bounded by T2 as expected.
Version 5.2.8_1
Tentative part on MCO with fixed interferers (beta).
Version 5.2.8_2
New parameters 'CCAthr11p_notsync' (replaces 'CCAthreshold11p', default -65 dBm) and 'CCAthr11p_sync' (deafult -85 dBm).
Calculation and print of 11p CBR fully revised. Default of the CBR interval reduced to 0.1s. Now 'CCAthr11p_sync' is used to consider the channel as busy. The CBR calculation in coexistence Mitigation Method A do not account for the LTE periods.
Part on MCO included, with fixed nodes in the adjacent channel. Various parameters for the configuration; 'mco_nVehInterf', 'mco_resPowerFromAdjacent', 'mco_interfERP', 'mco_printInterfStatistic'.
Version 5.2.9

Corrected the CBR calculation in LTE on a subchannel basis.
Added the option "cbr_active".
Added DCC for both ITS-G5 and LTE-V2X.
Added the option "dcc_active" ("cbr_active" must be set at true).
First generation time now randomized within the generation interval (was in Beacon and created problems in particular cases, never used for official simulations).
Added the parameter 'mco_interfNeglectedToMainChannel' which allows to neglect the interference from the nodes in the additional channel to those in the main channel (if true, only the opposite is considered during the simulations).
Version 5.2.9_3
Mitigation method B: CCA threshold automatically set to -85 dBm.
Mitigation method C: CCA threshold automatically set to -85 dBm.
Parameter 'coex_powerStopSensing11p' removed.
Parameter 'coex_cbrLteVariant' removed.
Coexistence Method F updated; now not all the LTE nodes send thee NAV.
Coexistence Method B updated; now LTE nodes sense before transmitting the energy signal just before superframe beginning.
Version 5.2.10
Collects the changes. Used for Car2Car results in June 2020.
Version 5.2.10_2
Temporary version with the new SINR calculation, later reported in Version 5.3.0

-updated initVehiclePosition
-updated initiateMainSimulationParameters
-updated outputToFiles
The corresponding Channel Gain calculation was updated based on Winner+ model:
-added the LOS Path Loss calculation for Winner+ in MatFilesSINR/computeChannelGain
Version 5.3.0
Changed the way the SINR over a packet is calculated - major change, needs a new version
Minor: corrected init of sinrManagement.cbrLTE (caused error at start in some cases)
Added an additional output with the CBR of LTEonly (active when Technology==4)
Version 5.3.1
MCO implementation.
Version 5.3.1_2

Version 5.3.1_3
In method C, 11p detection from LTE nodes
Default di coexC_timegapVariant posto a 1 (no gap)
Version 5.3.2
Now when a new ITS-G5 transmission starts also those nodes that were already receiving are checked, and
the node from which receiving is possibly updated. The time margin for the "update" is set to 4us.
The RIL vs. time model is updated with the model derived through Matlab fitting.
Version 5.3.2_2
Method A with 'coexA_improvements' updated as from Qualcomm.
Version 5.3.3
The PER Curves for the Urban scenario have been added. They include the NLOS case.
The only parameters affected by the PER curves that have not been changed are LambdaLTE (BR alg 9) and R reuse. This will be discussed and possibly updated in a second moment.
Then, the sinr thresholds for both the technologies have been defined for both the LOS and NLOS case in any scenario.
The Urban configuration takes the number of vehicles as input.
Version 5.3.3_2
Superframe management from ITS-G5 point of view is now on a per station basis. Desynch can be simulated.
This required adding a check of the idFromWhichReceiving at the start of a new transmission.
Version 5.3.3_3
Added proposed variants to the additional delay in Method A.
Version 5.3.4
Collects previous changes.
Column added in the mainOut: average number (per vehicle per second) of transmitted packets.
Tested and debugged with Traffic traces. Single tech and Methods.
Calculation of the speed with traffic traces added and used to derive the beacon periodicity.
Output of neighbors updated.
Output of speed added.
Version 5.3.5
Added the channel models from Friedbert.
This required a revision: changed the input "winnerModel" to "channelModel"; added a three slope option.
Version 5.3.5_2
Modified in mainV2X the management of the position update to cope with cases with the position update is postponed to the end of an LTE subframe. In such case, the time instant was going back, whereas now it remains the same.
This solves a blocking bug in rare cases but introduces in rare cases a position update that might not comply exactly with the timing; the approximation appears reasonably negligible.
In mainV2X, when calling cbrUpdateLTE, a small bug is resolved with simParams.technology~=4.
Version 5.3.6
We included the possibility to discrete the generationPeriodFromSpeed in mainInit through two control parameters in appParams:
Correccted the Qualcomm's enhanced Method A in the case of unbalanced technology penetration.
Version 5.3.7
Multi-channel outputs.
