BiasAnalyzerWidget - Make the demographics chart enlargement tooltip interactive.

Currently, hovering over a demographics chart shows an enlarged static image of the chart. It would be good if it were an actual enlarged versiion of the chart that the user could interact with. Th smaller chart would need to respond to any changes made in the larger tooltip chart.
