Wont install on Windows version of Kodi 17.4

Can't seem to get the plugin to install on Kodi 17.4. It is on a windows box. Click to install from zip file and almost instantly it comes back with install failed.

It installs just fine for me. I can scroll through the video library but it won't play any of the videos.. it times out. Win10Pro on ASUS Laptop, Kodi 17.4.
